You may have noticed that this journal is now empty. Well, that's because I'm walking away from CM fandom. You may be looking for an explanation, so here it is...

I'm not sad at all about yanking down my fic and walking. Y'know why? I hate this fandom.
I hate the pro-Foyet sentiment, I hate the misogyny, I hate the Haley-bashing, I hate the poorly-warned triggers, I hate the pro-Foyet sentiment, I hate how appropriative and stereotypical so much slash in this fandom is, I hate the Reid-idolizing, I hate the MGG-stanning, and have I mentioned how much I fucking hate the pro-Foyet sentiment. 90% of this fandom's representative work is completely antithetical to the themes of the show itself, and I'm not comfortable being involved in it anymore.
So, journal privated. Fic abandoned. Participation withdrawn.
I hope season 6 is the end for CM, and I hope Minds 2.0 does well and creates a saner space.
