Looking for dwelling in Toronto

My assistant manager is going to school at OCAD in Sept, and is having trouble finding a place.

Does anyone know of good places to look or know someone who is looking for a quiet roommate?

I have no suggestions! Just wanted to say hi!

Edit: Ok not true. I have some suggestions. There are often posts in toronto about such things.
Viewit.ca, Gottarent.com, or even if they have the time - walking around areas that they may want to live in the city. There are loads of places here that don't post anywhere but on the buildings themselves.
