It's now the 10th consecutive day with temperatures over 100 degrees.  They say it's going to be at least 12 before we can even think about things cooling down

Why can't you ride the rollers if it's not raining?

It's too hot. Actually, rollers are fine if it's raining or not, but it needs to be a reasonable temperature because there's no air moving over you to help keep you cooler. A fan doesn't quite get the job done.

K actually ran today, believe it or not. I hope you're able to ride soon. Or you could come and swim laps with me.
