Practice was short for me today. After the 2 mile warm up coach asked what was up. Well my tendons are sore, I thought nothing of it, it's just slowing me down today. He had me return to school and get checked out by the trainer. Turns out I strained my achilles and am not allowed to run or do any other activities of the sort. :( So this really

While it sucks you can't run... It's better to not than to run with the pain until something breaks, and then have a recovery time alot longer.
