First I am gonna say that even though I KNEW Mead was going to put Rose and Dimitri together, the circumstances just about killed me. It fit to Rose in no way. Really. I think everything dragged a little bit, 400 pages would have been enough. If she wanted the Keepers in the spin off, she could have explained about them then ( ... )

Hey there!!!! :D

Naww, I'm sorry you didn't like the plot. I have to say I love Dimitri so you can imagine I'd be alright with a whole book only dedicated to him. LOL So I can't really agree on that, but I understand your point. If LAST SACRIFICE was all about Adrian with little Dimitri, I'd have hated it. :P

About Lissa and the "Send Jill away" comment. I totally agree. I saw something there, a foreshadowing to something but I can't really put my finger on it! Grr

Also: Keepers/Joshua = Unnecessary. WORD.

1) Naww but Sydney was awesome in this book, I mean she saved the day more than once! She's strong and at the same time she has enough empathy to consider other people's feelings. I don't know, I adore her. ♥

2) Don't take me wrong, I like Jill. But she is kind of... boring. I'd rather read about other characters before her. Although her plot could be very interesting, though!

5) Agreed. We met Mia as a total bitch, I can't see past that. lol

6) Mihkail/Sonya please!!!!!!!!!!! ***_____________***

I couldn't agree more with most of what you said, however ... I am very glad Rose didn't break up with Adrian in the dream. To me, that would have been worse than breaking up over the phone or via text message! LOL ( ... )

Hey :)

Re: Rose breaking up with Adrian in the dream. You are right. She should have broken up with him a long time ago. In my opinion, she should have never got herself involved with him in the first place, but since she did, I think the moment Dimitri was back she should have told Adrian things were over between them because she still loved Dimitri no matter what Dimitri had to say about it. Like she said in LAST SACRIFICE, better to be alone with her self-respect than being in the wrong relationship. She realized it way too late. >_ ( ... )

Just another quick thing I forgot to mention ... in the transcripts I read Richelle was asked if we'd be seeing more of Rose and she reconfirmed that rose will be making a few cameos in the new series and that maybe later on she'll take on a more central role. She said for now Rose needs a break.
Her comment that rose may take on a more central role makes me wonder if maybe she's going to do another spin-off or maybe Rose will just start off in cameos and later be brought in more centrally.
Again, with this we'll just have to wait and see!

My guess is that we'll get the six spin-off books first and after that maybe we get a new Rose book set x years into the future.

And believe me, I'm crossing all the fingers in my body for it to be about them visiting Dimitri's family or about the kids issue. :D

I so want those answers too! I'm hoping, even though it will be far far away, that it'll be another spin-off ... after this new one. I'd love six more books all about Rose and Dimitri!

I can't wait for tomorrow's issue of the Entertainment Weekly to see what news we get. Also, I'm expecting some kind of interview from Mead where she actually discusses spoilers! I want to know what she thinks of Rose treating Adrian that way, and if she says anything about Robert! >__<;

I loved the book!! There were several times my heart and breath caught. I tried to slow down since I knew this was the last book (for now anyway), but I finally gave up, I had to know what happened ( ... )
