The hippie house sounds like an accident waiting to happen-- under most circumstanes I'd recommend them, but seven people? Unless the house is of mansion poportions, there's not going to be enough space. You might like the guy in charge, but you probably won't like each and every other of the tenants he choses. Say no to hippies, Jack! :D

Guy with the cat sounds best. Mr. Uber-Nerd (he is uber, right? because you have a strange choice of friends if you hate nerds ;)) sounds like maybe a good choice too. Can you try to get to know him better first?

Man, everyone's going to be in Boston. Except me. If I get this job in Augusta, Matt and I are going to try to find a place in Topsham, and we'll both have to commute.

Only upside is that Topsham might be cheap enough that we wouldn't have to find another roomie.

Is anyone still going to be in Boston in two years when Matt finally finishes at SMCC? Please?
