well it was kinda river-dancey, which is completely out of character for early-1800s-Japan, at least as far as I know...

And have you noticed that the word "ubiquitous" has been nearly ubiquitous as of late? It's as though every news reporter, journalist, pundit, and blogger have it as "word of the summer" or something.

Hey man, I've been using the word ubiquitous since the beginning.
A google site search for the word ubiquitous in my journal turns up only one other entry using it, here:
