Hong Kong is such a lovable prankster (and of course firecrackers have to be involved! t-the sprinklers); my headcanon has it that beyond his usual stoic facade he has a fun loving side as well.

I love how the companionable silence which plays a big part in their relationship is portraited here - two characters brought together by their quietness and lack of words. It is quite hard to write this pair because it's not easy to get into their minds but they are pretty IC here ;)
