I am already consuming disturbing amounts due of sugar to a coca cola addiction, and the fact its readily available in the house (there are FLATS). And also, did you SEE the picture on my other journal? We have candy.

Ummm, 'bout the layout, I made a quick one here but if it's not what you want (seeing as your mentioned a black and white city theme or boondock) then I'll make a different one. This one was kinda a fooling around thing. (seriously. i typed in 'new york city' in the google search engine and did a layout out of the first thing that came up. XD)
Okay, I'll upload the layout for you. :) Umm, I'll leave the area for the side bar with a WRITE TEXT HERE marker so you'll know where to edit your sidebar. (you will have to use HTML coding for it. So < br > minus spaces instead of the enter key. XD)
Just don't distribute/edit/claim/etc coding. o_O I know I probably don't have to tell you that, but I say it to everyone now. XD and you'd be surprised how many people don't listen. o_O
