Kakahi told me that Logan has Jenova cells in him, and I know for a fact that Hojo has experimented with putting Jenova cells in other people before. It's pretty easy to put two and two together from there.
But I don't get it. I TOLD Logan that Hojo was dangerous and that he should stay away from him. Why didn't he listen to me?

I didn't listen either, when people told me to stay away from Hojo. Of course, I never went around him after I had been told by countless others to avoid the man.
I'm starting to wonder why Logan went around him, as well.
I'm hoping I don't have to force answers from him. I really don't want it to come to that. It's something he'd never forgive me for.

Don't do it yet, then. Kakashi and I have a plan, and we could really use your help. If it goes well then you won't have to force answers out of anyone.

So far, my instincts say that Rikku has lied to me, though normally she wouldn't. Misao found through someone from Hojo's world that the doctor is known for performing experiments utilizing the Jenova cells; the girl has trustworthy information gathering skills. Then, I ran into Andrew who knows Hojo and Jenova's story through a video game... not that I know exactly what a video game is, though.
Maybe I am pushing this by a long shot, but having confronted Logan about it directly yields 'None of your business'. When I had confronted Rikku, she denied anything happening, but she doesn't explain herself either, which is unusual behavior for her. The only way that the pieces of the puzzle seem to fit is if they somehow became part of Hojo's project; otherwise, I'm completely at a loss for an explanation.

Mm. If we could observe them a little longer, maybe we won't have to force anyone to do anything. You said that Logan is acting different, right? If we continue to observe at least his behavior, we might be able to find out who else is tied to this Jenova project.
Andrew told me of two ways to defeat Jenova. One involves completely destroying the person, and I'm obviously not counting on this method to work in a place where people can easily come back to life. On the other hand, the second solution would be to have those who are infected fight off Jenova's influence with their own wills; however, they would have to be particularly strong-willed in order to do so.
Considering how Jenova had affected me with her touch, I'm assuming that she uses a target's most agonizing thoughts and emotions against him. Therefore, if we could find a way to decrease Jenova's influence by lending our strength, then we might be able to break them free from Jenova.

My fear is, if we continue to observe, Logan is going to keep killing.
I wonder if there's something I can do, to help block Jenova's influence. Her cells may be in their bodies, but I might be able to free her influence from their minds.

Do you really think so little of me, to think that you can keep lying to me? To yourself?
I've heard from several others that you have Jenova cells within you, at Hojo's doing. That would explain your recent obsession with killing others, as well as your charming new attitude.
Since I'm not overly fond of the idea of having to kill you in an attempt to save you, I'm just going to have to go straight to the source of all of this, and destroy that.

Now that I think of it I'm pretty sure Lady Lulu knows too. she's the one who kept tellin' me that he was sick. An' I think she has the cells or somethin' too because he didn' attack her!
I dunno what to do, but I'll follow Logan when I can since i know he won' kill me. I'll even act like everythin' is fine but as long as he ain' lookin' me in the eyes I know somethin' is off.

... does everyone in the city have Jenova within them, except the four of us?
Hm. Follow him Yachiru, you're going to be the best at doing that, due to your size. But just in case he does ever attack you, don't fight back. Run. Come to me.

I don' think so, but I'm startin' to think anyone close to that Professor guy might have 'em.
Okee, I will. An' I promise not to try an' fight 'im. I gotta let ya know that if anythin' happens to me Kenchan might get real mad though.
Oh, an' I'm pretty sure Logan don' even know what regret is anymore, I mean he don' seem to think there's anythin' wrong with what he did. I asked before an' he told me that.

I'm going to be the one to make him come to his senses, whether he likes it or not.

I need to get inside Logan's mind. If I could, then maybe I could piece together everything.
