Did any of the creek water get into your mouth? Once when I was out in Sipsey I accidentally ingested some untreated water and BLAMMO had to hike out that same evening and spend the night in a hospital hooked up to an IV. I was puking every 10 minutes just like you. In one 24 hour period I lost and regained NINE POUNDS (through dehydration and rehydration).

It's certainly possible that it did. I wouldn't be surprised at all if that was the case. And yeah, I was ridiculously dehydrated as well, though not so bad that I needed an IV.
