Daphne heard noises and saw that Matt was gone. She knew that the landlord was here. She got up and headed to the front room putting on a bathrobe.

"So you meet the landlord." She said walking up behind Matt. "I see you meet my fiancée!" She said with an evil grin. "Matt meet Randy." She said putting her hand on Matt's shoulder showing off a ring. "Randy, Matt's going to be staying here with me for awhile. Until I move in with him."

He crossed his arms over his chest, smirking down at the gaping man. "Now, you're going to tell me what you're doing in Daphne's apartment before I kick your ass, and then book you for trespassing."

Randy stuttered something incoherent, his mind only repeating over and over how fucked he was. Matt had to feel a bit smug about that.

Daphne looked at Randy. "I told you I had a boyfriend. You didn't believe me did you? Did you think I couldn't get a boyfriend did you?" She asked him as he just stood there with his mouth open.

"Matt should we let him off with a warning?"

Matt reached behind him for his badge, which he'd tossed on the table, then held it up in front of the man. "I don't know, sweetheart. Do you think he'd take a hint, or do I have to shove this down his throat?"
