Ok, you know what? I'm just going to up and say it: I don't get Achewood. I've been reading what I think is the most recent story arch and...yeah, I don't fuckin' get it

The current arc isn't so much funny as it is interesting and weird.
When I first got into this I didn't get it until someone forced me to read it from the beginning. The character development in Achewood is amazing; if you read enough then eventually everything they do seems funny. It's one of the smartest, funniest things I've ever seen.
In an interview he even said, "When I started I never wanted to do something that you couldn't always enjoy without having to read every single strip, but now that's exactly what I've done." I'm paraphrasing but that's the jist of it.
Anything beyond 2004 or 2005 is pretty much totally amazing.
