Honestly, I'm willing to give them a break on the fight stuff.  It's clear these aren't finished effects shots, and it can take a little time for the FX and stunt teams on a TV show to really settle in.

As consolation, here's the trailer for Steven Soderbergh's Haywire. Seems like a standard rogue operative revenge thing, but the cast is really good and the gimmick is that the lead woman is an MMA fighter who can really fight, and everyone in the movie is doing their own stunts. I mean really, really. Apparently there were many hilarious on-set injuries.
