Chartreuse (the web color) is a color halfway between yellow and green that was named because of its resemblance to the green color of one of the French liqueurs called green chartreuse, introduced in 1764; whereas chartreuse (the traditional color) is a yellow color mixed with a small amount of green that was named because of its resemblance to the yellow color of one of the French liqueurs called yellow chartreuse, introduced in 1838.
Those three are still on my to-watch list. Although I keep moving BSG further and further up....

I've slid over into manga and anime lately, but Star Trek, Harry Potter, and the others will never go away. Despite awesome new stuff like NCIS. And old stuff I'm still catching up on, like Highlander. And Buffy and Angel, and Farscape, and (egad) Blake's 7. So much win, so little time.
