I've loved every bit of this, but chapter 3 is just freaking awesome. I love seeing Rings, book and movies, through Lucius's eyes, and through Viggo trying to look through Lucius's eyes. I am completely entranced.

Oh god, what a true fannish pleasure this series is. I get to indulge two TWO! TWO!!!! total geek fandoms of mine in one. Telesilla, your comment about Viggo enjoying talking about the Wizarding world with another adult follows right on to my fannish glee at reading two adults talking about Lord of the Rings.

Okay, fannish squeeeeing over. I love the way the UST is ratcheting up here. Some great little touches in here from each of their points of view, nudging them in that direction. And Lucius' flashbacks about Snape... sigh.

This is a masterful fic; it really is.
