So I finished Eldest today. It wasn't as bad as I expected considering that I heard some pretty horrible things about it. So now I am trying to find someone with the 3rd book so that I can continue. I love the Eragon series. Although, I would say it more the plot of Star Wars meets LOTR world. I like it anyone. Sometimes his descriptions get sooooo long. That's really annoying. I just want to know what happens! But, I love Murtagh. Dark and pained boys, yep, that's my thing.

Hahaha...pained boys. What is it about them? I tend to go for them too, however with Murtagh I am torn. I really liked him in the 1st one and I always knew that he would come back, but I never thought as another Rider or Eragons brother..that was a good shock. I do feel bad for him and the position that he has been put in, but at the same time I wanted to slap him and say "Wake up! He's your friend and you're being stupid!" lol

Like I said, I get into books way too much!

Murtagh was made to swear loyalty in the ancient language after being tortured into it. He's actually really putting himself out there by not killing Eragon, and he could have. I think this poor boy's had just about the worst life ever. But, that's why I love him. The thing about pained boys is that they are HOT. :-)
