What's the hardest thing about writing, and why is it titles?

Ha. Maybe for some of you titles are easy to come up with. In which case, what's your secret, because that's probably mostly what I struggle with

I like to lift a pertinent word or two from the work to use as a title.

The only time I have an easy time with titles is if it's inspired by a song! Sometimes, an idea for a fic will hit me and I'll use it to form the title. But most of the time it's IDK Here's a Title Hope it Makes Sense!

Titles are a mixed bag for me. Sometimes, they come ridiculously easy to me-sometimes before I even start outlining-but a lot of times, I struggle with them. A couple of things I'm writing now, I've really struggled with. Sometimes, it just comes to me at the end of writing the whole thing once I hit on a prominent theme of the story, and the title will come from that. A lot of times, if I'm struggling, I'll use song titles or lyrics.
