With the holiday drawing to a close, I’d thought I’d take some time to reflect. And honestly, I’m indifferent towards Christmas. Try as I might, I just can’t seem to really get into the “holiday spirit”. I mean, the time with the family is nice and all... but I guess I must be missing something

same here with the whole christmas feeling thing. it just didnt really happen for me this year. it was nice, but yea, i guess as you get older you feel less and less excited about everything really.

as far as the santa thing goes, its amazing because i have thought of the same thing. luckily for me, the news was kinda soothed in the last few years of my belief in that. not like when i found out that there wasnt a tooth fairy, and i do believe i have told this story. but i have no idea which way to go on that one. i guess it depends on how my then wife feels about it, and i guess ill require some advice from my parents. wouldnt that be a fun conversation!

yeah, i feel the same way...actually, i kinda hit an emotional low the week or so before christmas, and right now i'm just kind of...disappointed that whatever made christmas great is gone.
