No, seriously, when someone looks like they're about to sneeze (you know, that face where their mouth is open and they're holding their breath), you say loudly and clearly in a deadpan voice, "Achoo" and then the person can't sneeze. Some psychological block is made. The moment is lost.

Ha HA. When I managed to get the drop on my friend, he just looked surprised for a while. Confusion is fun XD And he complained that suppressing a sneeze means he shortened his lifespan or something.

I don't know whether it would work doing it to yourself, or while during a sneeze induced by allergies. So, yes, more research for all!

Hmm, good to know.
If you hold eye contact while someone walks over an uneven threshold of a door, 9 times out of 10 they will trip.
