Sunday Market Bookhunting

I've been hitting the Sunday markets at Rocklea of late and been buying up books for my new bookshelf and plants for the front rooms and garden. Last sunday I managed to score a romanian printed edition of the Complete Works of W.Shakespeare. No problems, when next I attend the markets I shall contact you the previous day to arrange meet ups. I haven't decided if I'm going or not this week since I'm working until 7am sunday morning. Hmmm. Pondering ensues.

I *think* I know the AA Milne edition you're talking about. I have a version with a different cover, but I think it might be the same printing, just a different binding. If so - yeah, the illustrations beat Disney all hollow, don't they? :)

I typed my above LJ entry from memory in at work last night. I went and had another look at the World of Pooh this morning and I think I might have the same edition as you. I was mistaken about the leather binding, it's the fabric bound, dark orangey-ochre colour, World of Pooh and a little outline of pooh-bear on the spine in gold lettering? Two page colour plate map immediately inside the front cover?

The illustrations are teh win.

I'm not actually sure - my copies are in Lismore at the moment, and I remember them having printed dust jackets. Under the dust jacket, they may very well be the same binding as yours.
