Reno (♥)A human with an unfortunate resemblance to one of Eko's former subordinates, the youkai Nue, who turned on Eko and joined his nemesis. Eko probably knows that they aren't the same person. Probably. He's still going to dismember and eat Reno someday, just for looking like the traitor, but for now he's content to annoy him by calling him Nue and taking an interest in his business.
Potential Victim?: e.e
Igarashi Ganta (♥)A young boy, possibly non-human (at least in Eko's opinion). Since non-humans or humans with magic powers are the closest thing in Nuadoria to youkai, and Eko was once a protector of youkai, Ganta is just one of several people that Eko sometimes considers entitled to his protection. If they ask nicely. Ganta was one of the first people to really talk to him, and someone who likes to make dramatic speeches as much as Eko does always appreciates an audience. Had sort of a weird mentor/ward thing going on for a while, but Ganta keeps bringing morality into the picture. He frustrates Eko to no end. Eko also fought the Red Man on Ganta's behalf.
Ganta may also remind him of someone he used to know a long time ago.
Potential Victim?: Absolutely not. Not only is Ganta Too Young and reminds him of a childhood acquaintance, Eko's systems would reject his (and all the other Deadmen's) blood.
Namae (♥)lolololol. A hot tempered human that Eko enjoys taunting/flirting with. He threatens to eat Namae now and then but he'd probably not make the effort. God knows what his blood would taste like.
Potential Victim?: Maybe. Namae is usually too vulgar for Eko's sensibilities, though.
Kiryuu Zero (♥)A young vampire who is also a vampire hunter. Eko would love to adopt Zero as his own little adorable fledgling, but Zero usually wants nothing to do with him. Someone Eko regards a bit like a angry teenager rebelling against the inevitable reality of his own nature. All Eko has to do is be patient.
Potential Victim?: Unlikely. Eko would drink from him to teach him a lesson, but a non-human deserves more consideration than the human cattle.
Yamamoto Takeshi (♥)A modern day samurai and Eko's first voluntary victim. Sleeping with and feeding exclusively on Yamamoto left Eko vulnerable to influence from Yamamoto's mind, which probably explains Eko's uncharacteristically charitable behavior. His leaving Nuadoria maybe, maybe upset Eko a little.
Potential Victim?: If he ever comes back Eko will have his ass pinned against a wall so fast you don't even know.
Sanada Akihiko (♥)A human teenager. Probably a hero. Eko enjoys watching him take offense to everything he says and does.
Potential Victim?: Still a little on the young side. Eko prefers his men seasoned and stoic, but he wouldn't turn some cotton candy down just because he couldn't get steak.
Senji Kiyomasa (♥)A possible non-human from Ganta's world. Not actually a victim, but definitely Eko's type. They had a very innuendo-laden fight and then Eko walked off laughing while Senji got overrun by monsters. He enjoys Senji's utter boldness.
Potential Victim?:Not for blood drinking. Definitely for some other stuff, though.
Uchiha Sasuke (♥)Another lolhuman. Probably. Eko just likes to leave hideous replies to his network posts and watch Sasuke twitch.
His brother is another matter.
Potential Victim?:In the general sense of him being an available and breathing human, although Eko might have enough consideration for Itachi to refrain.
Uchiha Itachi (♥)A quiet and intriguing human. Eko hasn't really spoken very much to him, but he's figured out a connection between Sasuke and Itachi. There's something archaic or even elegant about Itachi, and Eko appreciates that rarity.
Potential Victim?:He'd rather write him haiku poetry. For now.
NPCs
Dai (♥)A Nuadorian youkai in the role of a city guardian, as Eko was. Fire Magister. An object of flirtation, interest, and maybe some scorn for a "lower-grade Karas," although Eko hasn't made up his mind whether he'd rather eat Dai or nibble just a little so he could keep coming back.
Potential Victim?: Dai's going to wake up one night and find Eko doing the Edward Cullen stare. Smiling.

Gaea (♥)A Nuadorian youkai. Someone Eko is very, very interested in, especially after she mentioned serving a goddess. Gaea has only to ask and Eko would cheerfully obey.
