*claps hands and dances in a tiny circle* You wrote more, YAY! I do genuinely like Chad and Troy's friendship, and you did such a great job of capturing that awkwardness in their conversation while still showing their life-long familiarity with one another. Brilliant stuff.

I'm really impressed with how you explained U of A (and East High) as being a basketball school, while Cal Berkley just...isn't. And how that relates to Troy and Chad's futures there. I thought that was really clever, and it makes total sense.

And okay, I think I love you for making Troy "Corky's Tiny Friend." That's kind of hilarious. But more than that, acknowledging that these guys are way shorter than the average basketball guy...thank you for that. :D

Oh my god, these boys are TINY. That's one of my huge suspensions of disbelief for the movies. Apparently I can handle pretending auditions and callbacks work that way, employment and food service work that way, and I start to lose it at scholarships and college admissions, but more than anything else, REALLY, the back-to-back championship b-ball team averages, like... 5'9" maybe. UH HUH. /rambling rant

The tininess of East High's student body aside, I'm really glad you liked this! I absolutely love the moments of friendship we get between Chad and Troy in the movies.
