Kenya's cooking is sometimes still questionable but it didn't detract from the night and I had a good time. It made me realise something as well

Seems like the sleeping pills are working to a degree. I was taking half a pill each night, about half an hour before I wanted to sleep and that did help increase the grogginess though it was well over an hour later. So I'm going to up the dose to the full pill to see if I get better results.
I've always preferred staying up most of the night and pretending morning doesn't exist by sleeping through it but perhaps I should try to reel in that desire a bit
