Fucking hell, I'd rather die. No coffee, no chocolate, no soy milk, no bread, no mushrooms, no POTATOES, no dairy? Are you going to chomp raw vegetables for a month until you see what you're really made of? Or, I see a lot of simple tomatoes and spinach sauteed with garlic in olive oil over brown rice meals in your future...you can still have garlic and tomatoes right? What about hummus (chick peas/sesame seeds?) Lentils? Salt and pepper? Hmm...
