Also, sometimes...when it's really late, and I sort of go emotionally out of control, which usually only happens when I'm stressed out...I write things that I don't mean...or that I do mean but couldn't say...or something. I guess an example of that would be a couple days ago at like 2 in the morning or something when I quoted Lord of the Rings.....I was pretty stressed out! =D

ive had a paper journal since i was around 14. i also wrote notes back afterward, correcting or agreeing with my past self.
actually writing "hello future susan" ...i like it

it may sound crazy, but it is very powerful to separate your self into parts that can take care of each other. you learn to actively love yourself.
