so the homework thing isn't working. i'm taking a break. i haven't started. whatever. i've been reading other peoples's journals in no particular order or preference, just browsing casually through people's lives

these thoughts were inspired by lauren mcchesney, deanna allen, and caitlin mcchesney. if you read this, i truly admire you, and you all have your beautiful distinct reasons why i wish we were closer than we are. but to me, you are all moths.
baaaaabyleen. i miss us. andyouknowwhat? that was one of the most beautiful things i've read in a while. it reeked of beauty. the sad kind, but also the kind of beauty that comes with figured-out-truths. the kind that comes from the depths of a soul. you are so incredible, eileen. so so strong. you can't let this monotony get you down. i'm afraid that it's swallowing you or something. don't let it. it's no boa constrictor and you can tell it that it's a punk-ass bitch. do it, baby. do it. find your joy :)
haha. now i wanna go to the zoo, just so i can really yell at a boa constrictor about how much of a punk-ass bitch it is. i really miss our talking dear. thank you for the messege, and we WILL see each other soon. i love you deanna!
when i began to read this entry, i immediately thought of that poem. i'd love to be the moth, but i find it too easy to be dragged down by trivial things, too.
eileen. you are one of the most beautiful people i know, inside and out, and i admire you more than i can say. i know what it's like to want to be a moth (i even created an ornament with a drawing of a moth on it in chemistry!), but seriously, you are one already. everyone loves you just as you are. also, this entry is so amazingly written! the metaphor of the cord is perfect. keep writing! lovelove
oh. thank you karen, and happy birthday. sheesh am i a bad friend. we need to hang out soon, when all the crazies get normal again. your compliment means a lot to me.
