Isn't Waitrose's bonus supposed to be really good.

Yep :) In January we find out what the percentage is, then in March we get that percentage of our previous years earnings back as a bonus :D Last year they recieved 10%

Using that as a guideline, I think I'm getting between £400 - £500 as a bonus - basically a basic months wages for free
