Wow, this is really long.

This could take awhile, after all, a week of my life, compressed into the most important (or funniest!) memories....
I read The Perks of Being A Wallflower. Really good book, seriously, if you toned that book down to like a PG or G rating, it could be my life. It really hit me because I see a lot of myself in the main character, a lot. Like I'm ( Read more... )

That verse in the theme for our Student Servant Team at Omega.
I don't think it was a good idea for you to fast, but I'm impressed with the things that it taught you.
Happy days for the tennis team (once it stops raining) and your guys' group of friends!

Ter, I will be in MA, where I can keep in touch easier with you than others in Cali. And don't feel lost. Isn't that kind of feeling common to everybody? Everybody goes through that in one point of one's life time. I already had that feeling, but I ended up realizing my parents were the ones who had taken care of me the most.

Well, I can't explain this to you in better way. You just need to experience it, which will happen in the future. God's with you. Why do you feel lost, disappointed, or any kind of bad feeling?

Hope things go well and I will see you tomorrow :)

i guess all i'm saying is that i know how it is, so i have empathy. and my mom keeps talking about how she's going to miss me too. i know i'll still be in california, but i bet you'll visit your parents about as often as i would mine if you come back for the breaks.

Yep. Christmas and the summer...except I'm already planning on going on mission trips during the summer, so maybe just christmas. I think that's what they're worried about.

I can't believe that you got Bill interested in the "nerd game." It'll be funny to see how he manages to paint the little models.
