I don't even care if the nursery rhyme's a ripoff or not- it was annoying from the first time I heard it, and it's only gotten worse since. I mean, really Moffat. I thought you were good with creepy things.

Well, for all I know, Moffat's never even heard of Zagreus: I just it as an example to show that that sort of thing can be done well by a writer remotely capable of subtlety. To be honest, I didn't even register that it was supposed to be creepy: I can barely remember the days of Moffat's early reputation.
