I really quite liked closing time, but I feel that the story line would've been better earlier on in the series. I liked Curse of the Black Spot a lot too. Because PIRATES!

I thought you liked Murray Gold.
Anyway, I have nothing to add to this (not having even watched some of these episodes), so my summing up of an entire season would be a bit misplaced. Also, you know my thoughts on some of the stories because I keep complaining about them to you. I'm very good like that.
I should watch Night Terrors if you hold it in such high acclaim. I assume this isn't a rating relative to the rest of the season though...

No, I can't stand him. I did give him muted praise last year, because the score wasn't a complete abomination, but he's still dreadful.
No, I don't plan the scores as being relative to anything, they're just how much I enjoyed the episode as a piece of television, and Night Terrors was very enjoyable.
