what's the problem?
i am dreading having to deal with mine when school is back in session. what especially bugs me is how they won't dispense the certificates til classes start, which always leaves me for a week with no money so i can't buy books and i fall behind. EVERY TIME.

osap loses a lot. i went in wednesday to get it and they told me to come back friday and it would be in there. it takes me, from the time i leave to the time i arrive at school, nearly 1.5 hours to get there. so i go back today and of course they say HE HE HE NOPE GO AWAY NO MONEY UNTIL MAYBE NEXT WEEK, LOSER. and even then they wouldn't say for sure when. and even then you know it's at least another week to get the actual money.
