Haha, it actually didn't hurt as much as I thought. It's definitely less sore than when i got my cartilage done. And since you've already been through the pain of an industrial, I'm sure this will be nothing for you! You know how piercing are, you get that nanosecond of crunch and then a rush of blood after. It's just hard not to touch it, it's so cute. :3

Man I'm tempted to copy you. I've been wanting something to balance out the two rings in my right ear with something in my left. How much did you pay for it?

Including tip, the saline solution for cleaning, and the piercing it was 60. But just for the piercing it was 40. If I didn't lose my coupon it would only be 35 :(

Okay, scratch that now that I've read Rachel's comments. I've always been tempted to get a cool ear piercing like an industrial, rook or the one on the little cartilage (okay that's a terrible description, but I have no idea what it's called). I know the industrial is one of the most painful piercings to get, and I've never even had my cartilage pierced. How does the rook compare to just getting a regular cartilage ear piercing??

Well, my friend actually got her tragus pierced, which is that little piece of cartilage right in front of the ear canal, pretty much just below my rook. According to the guy at BodyTech, local piercing shop, the industrial, tragus, and rook are some of the most painful piercings they do ( ... )

Haha you definitely answered. I guess I'd say I have a decent pain tolerance because getting my septum and lip pierced didn't bother me at all. I just have this idea of anything cartilage being ridiculously painful.
