That icon confused me. First I thought the grey background thing was a pony nose coming up to you, then I thought you were loading a shotgun.

While both of those things are possible, it's rather more often that I play the guitar than I'm involved with shotguns or ponies. :)

I recovered some lost icons a little while ago when a friend (balancingforce) got me a paid subscription... which is about to run out, so I'd best recover which icons I actually want to keep.

And this icon is from a practice photography shoot with a friend who had a new camera. While it's not immediately discernable as such, that's a piano in the background with sheet music on it.

Laugh regardless -- what else can you do? It's better than crying at asininity you can't change. :)

I think it's because the man wasn't a US citizen until December or January, just in time for the Games. The lawyers had to cut through red tape to get that done.

Actually, Tanith Belbin...the little blonde girl with the pretty hair....was a Canadian citizen until then....and the legal team had fought to move her citizenship finalization up so that she could compete for the olympics. :)

Why is ice dancing even an olympic sport?? If it is, then shouldn't salsa and tango also be summer olympic sports?

I would *love* it if they were. Tango is glorious.

I think it's essentially pairs skating with slightly different rules and scoring. I really don't like it as much as 'classic' skating, though.
