when the world is puddle-wonderful

the queer
old baloonman whistles
far and wee

I was never sure what to think about the balloon guy. I figured goat-footed meant that he was going to molest little kids and that scared me.

Mud-luscious. Awesome. How do you interpret this poem?

(And is it spring already? Wowzers.)

It is indeed already spring, not that you could tell by the weather forecast.

The balloon guy isn't always a nice fellow, but he's definitely in the spirit of spring. (So to speak.)

If he's in good form, it's more likely to be eddyandbettyandbillandisbel.

I never quite understood why female fertility symbols, nymphs, were beautiful women, and their male counterparts were goat-men. (Especially since goat-men aren't one of the four humours.)
