Step 1
Open your image, crop it to 100x100;


Step 2
Duplicate your base (Layer -> Duplicate Layer) and set the blending mode to Screen at 40 - 100% opacity;
Duplicate your base (Layer -> Duplicate Layer) and set the blending mode to Soft light at 40 - 100% opacity;


Step 3
Go to Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Selective Color:
Reds: C:-100; M:15; Y:40; B:0;
Yellows: C:0; M:20; Y:40; B:0;
Neutrals: C:15; M:5; Y:0; B:10;
Set it at 50 - 100%;


Step 4
Go to Layer -> New -> Layer and fill it with #0f4c96 and set it to Soft light at 50%;


Step 5
Go to Layer -> New -> Layer and fill it with #d6c188 and set it to Soft light at 20%;


Step 6
Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balalnce:
Shadows: 20; -10; -25;
Highlights: -15; 5; 15;


Step 7
Go to Layer -> New -> Layer and fill it with #110101 and set it to Exclusion at 100%;


Step 8
Go to Layer -> New -> Layer and fill it with #2c2c2c and set it to Soft light at 100%;


Step 9
Now go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves:
RGB:
I: 83
O: 120


Step 10
Take this texture (made by me) and set you're picture (crop it to 50x50).
