[It's fairly early in the morning when the communicator decides to turn on, so anyone who sees this will be treated to the view of a sleeping Hitsugaya, still in the empty room of Marshall 111. He seems so peaceful, but that peace is quickly broken by the scream that echoes from the communicator. Congrats, whatever you are, you just woke the midget

No, it sounded more like a monster then anything. But if someone had been fighting it at the time, they may be injured.

[He's up on the rooftops again, trying to take a good look around to find the source of the noise.]

Hopefully. These devices transmit sound. Find where the sound came from, and you'll find the source. Anyone hearing it outside of thier device would have been closer to the source at the time.
