Guess what ... I'm moving to Chicago this year, which is way sooner than I had previously planned on. In August my girlfriend is moving up there to go to Columbia College. If I can get enough money together, and if my roommates have this new guy they told me about move in, then I'll be going with her. If not, then I'm planning on October

Great to hear that you will be going in August... I had a feeling that would develop when you told me about it. I am now cyber-stalking you, maybe... just looking for your regular blog so I can link to it from mine. I would like to think that in the future we might use this medium to keep better track of each other than we have in the past. I missed our long talks before - I would hate losing them again. Plus, I wanna know all about the way you experience the "big city."
