it could be early to get your nose cauterized, i'd be careful.
my brother used to get nosebleeds every day and they didn't consider cauterizing his nose for a couple months.

yeah, thats true. I'm seeing a doctor and he'll have the final say. For now imma stick to the vaseline in the nostrals and the humidifier on 24/7

i think i got mine cauterized when i was a youngin many moons ago. i went to the doctor. i musta been like 7 or 8 or something though cause i was really freaked out. but yeah.. it stopped the nosebleeds for sure. good luck to you.
