The first thing my mom and I said when we heard a tiger was on the loose was "They better not kill it."

But I mean, how DARE nature encroach on man kind!! Nature should mind it's own business! Nature should stay in the zoo. We gave it the zoo, but noooo, it just wants to be FREE, after we bring it here against it's will and allow it to live a life of captivity. Stupid nature.

I doubt that anyone running the cities of Thousand Oaks and Moorpark would pay any attention to an intelligent, thought-provoking, piece on the moral consequences of these actions. Seriously-- right over their heads.

Actually, last I heard one of the congressfolk was insisting on a hearing to determine if the shooter could be reprimanded or punished. So that's something I guess. Well, not for the tiger, but still...

My Mommal knows where you can write to complain! Ask her!! I believe it is the Fish and Game people who commited the heinous deed, so it is reccommended that you write to them.
