New present

My gym just got a Concept II Rower! I used it today instead of my usual 10-minute cardio, and it sucks...so I must use it more often.

Better workout today than yesterday )

front squats, sdlhp, rowing, crossfit, overhead squats

I enjoy rowing for the simple fact that it is an exercise where us long-bodies have an advantage.
