Hey!

I also meant to pass along a recommendation for the America's test kitchen recipe for slow cooker tarragon chicken. It is the only thing I have ever gotten out of a slow cooker that I would not hesitate to serve to fancy company. It takes a bit of prep time but is so so good. Also, tried their "emergency chocolate cake" awesome.

ya know, I tried their emergency chocolate cake and it was a total flop...I still can't figure out what I did wrong, but I ended up with pudding in the middle and burnt, hard edges. I'll have to try again.

why did I not know you had a recipe blog? is it public?

This was SO YUMMY!! I made it tonight with buckwheat soba noodles and grated zucchini instead of the snow peas. I even had a package of extra firm cubed tofu (which is so much easier to deal with than a block of the stuff). I used rooster sauce in place of the chili paste. Mmmmmm, anyway, thank you!!
