Aryn and company busted Granger out of prison. They fled like a white Bronco on the highway and, oh yeah, Granger got himself shot. They can't go to a hospital because he'll get re-arrested so Aryn and the protection detail take him to the next best place--White Mountain Reservation, where he's from.

I don't know her dad. I do know 'parents' however. :) And they are remarkably similar in some ways.
