Ok so today I had another meeting with Deborah (my counselor). I told her how I havn't been doing so well lately. I told her that I have been feeling depressed, for what seems like NO reason at all. She told me to get a notebook, and for everyday to write about how I am feeling...yeah let's see how that works. Then she brought up possibly ( Read more... )

Ya know. After reading that. I'm actually kind of wierded out because I've gone through the same thing. Esp the crying while listening to sad songs while driving. haha shouldn't do that. But still. What I found works, is to kind of take note as to what makes you upset through out the day. and to just try and avoid that until you feel like you can handle it. That's worked for me so far, sometimes. once and a while you have a slip up, but thats life. But all you should think about is yourself and not everyone else, because you are what matters. and just do what makes you happy.
