Question about Buying DVDs

I hope it's okay to ask this here^^ So, a friend of mine is going to Tokyo in 2 weeks and she would be so nice to buy me some Tenimyu stuff.

I know that Akihabara's Animate and the main one at Ikebukuro are selling Tenimyu DVDs ! :3 There's also the Tenimyu shop but I don't know where it is >o<

Also, if you want to buy some photosets or Tenimyu goods, K-books is good ! *o*

btw. is it possible to get some of the older Myus there as well? (like 1st season stuff?^^)

uhh *__* I always thought you can only buy Photosets at the Theatre Venues, I guess I have to stock up my "things-I-want" -list xD

You're welcome ! :3 There are 9 floors at the main store of Animate Ikebukuro XD I think your friend will be able to find it at the DVD floor ! :D

Yeah it's normally the case, but many photosets can be found at K-books, and it's really cheap so you can buy many pictures of your favorite boys *o*

They stopped selling 1st season DVDs right before 2nd season came out. Your best bet for those is K-Books, as others have suggested.

They also have Animates in Shinjuku and Shibuya (if your friend is already going to be heading to one of those places, it might be easier for your friend to go to one of those).

If you're friend is into any female orientated anime/manga/etc then she would enjoy shopping in Ikebukuro which is also where I suggest she goes to find goods for you.

Kbooks is a resale store selling used and used goods. But even used goods in Japan are of very good quality so don't worry about that.

Kbooks is divided into separate stores depending on what they sell and the one you want is Kbooks Cast. It is like a Tenimyu shrine in there with DVDs, CDs, goods, pamphlets and photosets all from first and second season. You can also find photos, goods and various other plays that your favourite boys might be in. It's a dangerous store since it has so many great things in it

These places are definitely dangerous. Best to set a price limit before going in on how much you're willing to spend on things.

And while a previous person said that first season DVDs can't be bought at Animate that is untrue. They do still sell them but stock will vary from store to store. Some are bigger and have more space for all the DVDs while others will just stock the most recent ones.

Your friend will probably have the best luck at the K-books Cast Kan
