Rules and Submission Guidelines
Rules
1. You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the exchange.
2. By signing up, you agree to produce one piece of fiction or art. You will be assigned a request by another participant and you will have to produce a piece to match one of their requests. You will not get to choose who you write for and will not be allowed to swap assignments.
3. All work must:
--- be at least 1500 words. There is no maximum word limit.
--- be edited thoroughly by yourself and an editor/beta. They will be checked by a mod once received and if the spelling, grammar or punctuation is not satisfactory it will be returned to you for another edit.
--- be a finished and clean piece of artwork which is beyond a rough sketch or line art.
--- be a new and complete story/art work.
--- be entirely your own fan-work.
--- comply with the request you received. Some liberties and creative choices are allowed but if a person requested certain pairings and did not want to read an AU then please do your best to write one of the requested pairings without any AU elements. Any submission that does not match the request will be returned.
--- be about a cross school pairing. Your submission may have other characters in the story or take place predominantly at one school. But the two leads must be from different schools. Threesomes are allowed as long as at least one character in the trio is from a rival school. But please try to not request all threesomes as some people may have difficulties writing/drawing those.
4. Any questions about your request should be asked through the mod and not to your recipient directly.
5. Keep your works a secret and unpublished elsewhere until the exchange has finished.
6. Try and enjoy/read all the submissions as they're posted and try to comment on as many entries as you can. Every artist/author loves to get feedback on their work.
7. All works will be posted by a Tenipuri Cross School Exchange mod anonymously. Submissions will be posted once or twice a day over one-two weeks (depending on the number of submissions) to give each author/artist a chance to shine. It will also allow any late/pinch hitter submissions to be finished without any noticeable delay.
8. After all the assignments have been posted a reveal post will be made showing who created what. Please don't reply to comments (other than anon) until that time.
Submission Guidelines
1. All submissions are due Sunday, March 6th.
2. Submissions should be emailed to tenipuri.xpair@gmail.com with the work sent as an attachment in a .doc or .txt file for fiction or a .jpg .png or .gif for art.
3. Fiction should be ready for posting with html codes already tagged throughout the work. If something needs to be in bold or italics please use the appropriate codes. If you don't know them, please feel free to ask.
4. Artwork should be sent with a teaser image no larger than 300x300.
5. Please include the following in the body of your email.

6. Only mods can post in the comm. All works will be posted anonymously so please don't identify yourself until after the exchange is over and the reveal has happened.
7. All submissions will be checked by the moderators for quality and content. Any that do not meet the exchange standard will be returned for corrections. We will be looking to make sure that assignments match up with the requests, they meet minimum word length and have been edited. We are not going to judge on writing styles, story content (besides meeting the requests) or other subjective matters. For artwork, we will use best judgement to decide if it's a completed piece of artwork that matches the request.
8. If you will not be able to make the deadline for any reason please contact the mod as soon as possible. If you need extra time, we will try to accommodate you. If you will be unable to complete the assignment, let us know before the submission deadline so we can assign a pinch hitter.
Anyone who does not contact the mods before the deadline will not receive a fic/art and will be banned from participating next time.
