In your own words, describe what a rival is to you: To me, a rival is someone to compete with. Someone who's challenging and makes you want to prove yourself better than them. It doesn't necessarily involve hatred towards that person, your rival could be your best friend, but it's just someone you feel the need to surpass.. Rival doesn't necessarily mean enemy..
Personality-wise, what do and don't you like in a person? I like intelligent people, who I can share knowledge with and also learn something in the process. I also like politeness and kindness. I don't like childish people who like to hurt others just because they feel like it, or people who don't take other people's feelings in consideration.
What kind of person can you see as a good rival? Someone who'd actually be my best friend too, someone I'm always trying to outsmart.
What things are you physically and mentally good at? Mentally, figuring people/things out; physically, not much, my physical capabilities aren't that great..that's why I rely on my mind and intuition~ xD
What things are you physically and mentally not good at? Mentally, abstract thinking, I have trouble thinking "outside the box".. Physically..uhm, let's just say my stamina isn't all that great.
Using tennis as a example:
a) How would you react if you had to work with someone you considered a rival in a doubles game between (say) the Golden Pair? I'd be super motivated, and we'd both probably try to outsmart them.
b) How would you react/feel if you lost to your rival in a singles game? I'd feel bad with myself at first but just keep quiet about it, and after a while, it'd give me the strength to try and be better than them next time.
