So I love Dollhouse, it is extremely thought/conversation provoking and I just can't wait to see where they go with it next. Unfortunately, the world does not share my enthusiasm, so it seems most likely that the next place it will go is into obscurity. This makes me very sad. Why does this happen so often with shows I love??

Stratford with Megs was awesome. She got here Friday and we had shepherd's pie with her and Jason, which was quite delicious if I do say so myself. Saturday we left at about 10:30 for Stratford and got in about 3:00. Glasses that actually stay on my face and do not fall apart anytime I take them off and are not chipped or scratched are truly wonderful things. The only downside is there were no pink frames I liked, so these are a more neutral bronze-brown. Ah well, they are still cute and make it so I can see!

it is rainy today :-( Things seem to be going pretty well overall. I have a theatre-filled week seeing The Heart of Art at AU tomorrow, then going on a Drama Club field trip to see Into the Woods in Elmira Thursday and then of course the previously posted about Stratford trip with MEGS this weekend. Things are going pretty well in good old NY - I am directing a one-act, acting in another short play, and doing a part in a radio theatre sketch for the one-act festival at Hickory Hill campground. I had a rough couple of days last week, and then my friends came to make it better. I am spending the week on Keuka Lake with my parents, husband, and puppy. I wish I had enough vacation time that I could be there all week, but I am there evenings and I took Thursday off to spend with them.
