I have a question. Did you sit straight for N4 or did you start from N5?

Anyway, if you have the level, don't start from the beginning. Taking these examens encourage me to study more :)

I'm planning to take it this year. Not sure to start from which level. May I know long did you prepare before you sit for the exam? It's good to know someone I can ask experience first hand about it :)

Which book are you using? Minna no nihongo with 100 kanjis is N5, and then the 2nd minna no nihongo with 300 kanjis is for N4 :) Don't hesitate to ask me :D
