I'd use it and then cry in the corner after it kicks my ass. It'd also put a plate of white castle at the top for added motivation. You ever see those vibrating platform machines? We had one for a lil bit but I think it was too odd and they sent it back.

they had one of those in the army gym at fort polk...BUT...instead of bars, it was like a rock climbing wall type thing

Chinny, why? Hehehe... I agree with Mark. I love the machine, but it doesn't rival the Hip Adductor machine. That's just wrong.

Don't you mean, "That's just awesome?" :P Usually the adductor and abductor are side by side, yet I can't claim to see any hot guys or girls using them at the same time...

Why use that when you can just climb stairs for free? Course you don't get the nice feeling of see asses that far up in the air!
